how to completely eliminate this plugin from site?

DB Cache Reloaded Fix messed up my site by keeping it thru too many WP updates. Question: how to completely eliminate this plugin thru FTP or cpanel?
Neither I nor hosting service – WestHost – know what to do, since there is no more support. Just renaming it to disable and deleting a couple of files, like db.php doesn’t work.
The original developer says, “If you are a web developer fork me on [Github] (https://github.com/ivankristianto/DB-Cache-Reloaded-Fix)’. I do not know GitHub, nor want to.
