• Hello @malayladu,

I see a difference on ES Setting pages on one site compared to another site. It looks like the convert from 3.1.3 to 4.5.4 wasn’t sufficient.

I can see the Run Updater button on the site without a plugin update but not on the updated plugin site.
I also see different cron jobs on the site without a plugin update than on the updated plugin site.

I want to remove the plugin and all of it’s data from the site and do a fresh install. I’d like to remove everything. Is there data stored other than in the database and the plugin directory itself? So, is there no data left in any of the wp tables after an uninstall?

    Thank you

    Hi,

None of the old tables are being used in ES 4.5.4 installation.

If you want to use ES 4.5.4, you can directly use it. If you want the old data which you have in ES 3.1.3, then you need to run the updater to migrate old data into new tables.

We don’t delete data on the uninstallation of a plugin.

You can contact us if you have further queries, we will take a look at your installation and do the needful.

    Hi @malayladu,

So just to be clear, there will be no ES data left in wp tables other than ES tables after I have deleted the plugin?

I have exported the Audience list and templates and I just want to reinstall the plugin from fresh, but I’m afraid some data will still be left after an uninstall and will cause problems again.

But if you say there won’t be any old data left in let’s say wp_options I will just uninstall and reinstall the plugin and see if the cron will work. I got it working on another site on the same server.

    Hi @malayladu,

I’ve contact you by filling in the form. This weekend I’ve tried to uninstall everything, plugin plus database tables, but no luck. My guess is that the data in wp_options is blocking things.
