How to: Conditional quiz with wordpress

Hello guys,
In short, what i wanna do, is a simple eligibility check quiz.

I’m offering a service, and this service requires certain qualifications.
I want to make a verification quiz for users to check their eligibility status.

The trick is, that i want the quiz to have the option to conditionally go to final step if user has no required skill, at any step.
for example at the first questions, if he is not qualified, the quiz must go to final result, telling him, that he is not eligible, and ignore rest of quiz

which plugins can do that ?
