How to configure our discounts?

Hi! We are selling a course that is €240 per person. But hey, we love to reward teamwork, so check this out:
?? ?Bring a friend who hasn’t done the intro course? You both get 7.5% off!
?? ?Bring TWO friends who havn’t done the intro course? You all get 12.5% off!
?? ?Sign up with a group of 4 (mixed group of intro grads and newbies)? You all pay just €199 each!

So normally the price would be 240 pp. But when you sign up with 4 people (no matter whether or not they have done the introduction course)m the price drops to 199. But only for 4 people. the 5th person is back to 240 pp… So its really specifically 4 people..thats 1 discount.

Another discount would be to bring one person or 2 persons that havent done the introduction and then they get discount as well. Is that an option and how do I configure this? ??
