How to configure / set up contact form

Hi, new to Kadence and so far it’s awesome. I have downloaded the main theme, and the starter theme “Charity / Donate” and as promised the imports bring down the default pages and layouts. There’s a pre-built contact form in there but i can’t see how to configure this to send to the addresses i need? I have installed WP SMTP and configured this however in the experience i have with other forms (ContactForm7) i can set up a couple of forms, mail rules, captcha etc. Do i need to upgrade?
