How to configure the rooms to not show the ones that are already reserved?

    Hi, I’m personalizing the Howello theme for my hotel.
    It is a rural hotel with 5 booking possibilities: 4 rooms and the other option is the complete house
    There is the possibility to book each of the rooms individually, but we also have the possibility to book the entire hotel, the four rooms for the same person.
    Well, the problem comes when I book the whole house (for example: from 09/11/2018 to 11/12/2018), for which I created another page, as if it were a room more. It can be seen in the rooms section, https://lasmimosas.org/rooms-grid/ as shown in the following image https://ibb.co/b0DrJV
    The problem is that when I book the whole house from hotel / search, and then I make another reservation on the date I already made the reservation of the whole house (from 09/11/2018 to 11/12/2018), I should not to offer me no room to choose, since the entire hotel is already booked.
    However, when making a reservation for the same date (from 09/11/2018 until 12/11/2018) it shows me the four rooms available, and it does not offer me the whole house.
    What should I configure so that when I book the whole house, I do not offer any of the rooms if I try to reserve on the date (from 09/11/2018 until 11/12/2018) that I reserve the whole house?
    How should I configure the “COMPLETE HOME” room so that when it is booked, I do not have the opportunity to reserve any other room on that date?

    Hi

    No matters ‘complete home’, it will be considered as a room. The system can’t realize which is room, which is ‘complete home’ because it just supports to book rooms, not entire house.

    If it can not be configured to book the entire hotel, from “full house”, I have a problem.
    Have you had a question similar to mine since I created the pluging, and have you done something to try to solve this problem?
    Do you have any idea that can do something similar to what I need?
    We have the option of booking the entire hotel, and I do not know how to do it.
    It would be uncomfortable and it would cost a lot of work to the client, at the same time it would be frustrating, if to book the whole hotel (COMPLETE HOUSE), I had to book room by room, one by one.
    Just ask if you have any idea how to get some way to book the whole hotel (FULL HOUSE) without booking the rooms one by one.
    Could you add the ID of all the rooms to “COMPLETE HOUSE”, or something else to achieve my purpose?
    I’m looking for ideas online, but my limited knowledge in PHP prevents me from editing it.

    Will it take a long time to create the availability calendar that announces in this question?
    Maybe with that I can solve the problem of “full house”, I would add the calendar showing the reserved rooms and the clients could see if “COMPLETE HOUSE” is available for the date they wish.
    In this way they would not have problems with the reservations, because now I do not know how to do it, because if they book “Casa Completa” for a date, the rest of the rooms are still free for another reservation. And that would cause me many problems.

    I’m still studying a way to cancel all the rooms from the “COMPLETE HOME” room, but as I said, I have no experience in PHP, and I still do not know the structure of WordPress.
    Is there any way, editing a specific file, (for example: creating a new type of room) from which I can delete the reservation of all rooms from “COMPLETE HOUSE”?
    I hope some idea of you.
    If there is no possibility, tell me, then if I should not change the theme Howello, on the other, since it is not the most appropriate for my needs.

    But the plugin is not working like that. It’s impossible to edit the file to change. Not easy. You will need to custom a complete new function for the plugin but it’s complicated.

    Hi. WP Hotel Booking would be compatible with an availability calendar, for example: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-ical-availability/
    With a calendar I could edit FULL HOUSE and I would not have to change the Howello theme for another one.
