I’m using the Events Calendar plugin on this work-in-progress site:
(yes, you can ignore the security warning, according to our IT staff)
    https://english-dev.colorado.edu/

On the home page, I’ve used the “Events List” widget in the first (left-most) column above the footer to display a few of the most recent events (a couple of placeholders at present.)

How do I configure/style/program the widget to show the venue in addition to event (post) title (red) and date/time (gray) on a line below the date and time?

Also, how do I get rid of the blank line at the top, and the square (ul?) bullet to the left of each event excerpt?

    Thanks in advance! ??

    Hi BruceRawles,

You might consider upgrading to our premium plugin <href=”https://m.tri.be/k0″>Events Calendar PRO which has an Advanced List Widget. With the Advanced List Widget, you can list more of the event data including venue. Check it out on our a href=”https://m.tri.be/k6″>our premium widgets page.

If you’d like to change how the widget looks (like removing the lines and bullets) you’ll need to do some customizing. As outlined in our forum guidelines, we aren’t able to help with these kinds of customizations. But we do have some handy resources that might be helpful for you:

? Themer’s Guide – provides an overview of how to customize the plugin’s frontend appearance.
? Tutorials – useful tips and tricks for changing how the plugin looks and behaves.

Good luck, and thanks for using The Events Calendar!
