How to configure WP SuperCache to work with my site?

I have account with https://andwebtraffic.com to display ads on my WordPress.
But since I installed the WP SuperCache it stops working.
Checking with them I was instructed to include ‘andwebtraffic.com’ as an WhiteList Agent.
I did it here:

spider
Yandex
Andwebtraffic.comBut it’s not working.
how can I fix/solve it?
