How to Connect Jetpack on live.

  • Hello Team,

    I have installed “illustrator” Theme.
    Theme Link: https://www.ads-software.com/themes/illustratr/
    This theme required to install “JETPACK”plugin to display portfolio.
    I install “JETPACK” plugin and activate in local but I can’t connect in live.
    I have installed plugin direct from wordpress and try to activate but its not activated. Than I remove and installed manually but same problem i facing.
    Than I have tried to click on “CONNECT TO WORDPRESS.COM” but not working.
    I have also try to deactivated all plugin and than active “JETPACK” plugin but its give error all the time same.

    ERROR is: Your Jetpack has a glitch. Something went wrong that’s never supposed to happen. Guess you’re just lucky: jetpack_id
    Try connecting again.
    Error Details: Jetpack ID is empty. Do not publicly post this error message!

    Anyone can help me to solve this problem.

    Right now I just open my wp dashboard and get below ERROR:

    Your website needs to be publicly accessible to use Jetpack: site_inaccessible
    Error Details: The Jetpack server was unable to communicate with your site https://ktudiya.com [IXR -32300: transport error: http_request_failed Couldn’t resolve host ‘ktudiya.com’]
