How to "connect more admins" and change "JetPack Primary User"

    I want to change the “JetPack Primary User” to the site owner, but only MY name shows up in the dropdown. The other choice is to “connect more admins.” The site owner IS connected to WordPress (through the bottom option on her username), but she still doesn’t show up in the dropdown.

    Does anyone know how to connect another admin so they show up in the dropdown?

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

    Could you ask the site owner to go to the Jetpack menu in the dashboard, and click on the Link button appearing on that page? Once they’ve linked their account with their WordPress.com account using that button, you’ll be able to transfer the Jetpack Primary user to them, assuming their account is also an admin on the site.
