How to connect Outlook

Hi I wish to use this calendar plugin to draw a feed from an Outlook calendar to my website. I’ve tried Googleing how to do this and looked at your help docs but can’t seem to find how to do it.

If anyone could point me towards a tutorial for exporting an ics file from Outlook that would be great.
