How to contact support as non-client ?

    The contact page is not working, i get this error:
    There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.

    And I cannot submit a support ticket because it requires to have an active order

    So how can I contact you please ?

    I have the same problem, I would like to contact you for some questions about the Pro package, but your contact page does not work.
    The fact that you do not respond, makes everything seem very uncertain, and not very reliable, I hope you can respond and clarify.
