How to control the Media Library using URE

    User should have ‘upload_files’ capability and be capable to edit posts to which Media Library items were attached.
    ‘Editor’ role is enabled for these operations by default.

    Yes, thanks for the response @VladimirGaragulya. At first, it was not intuitive — I was looking for “Media”. But I ended up discovering it and I got it to work. Your answer is (obviously) the correct one. Thanks for the plugin.
