how to convert phpbb forum to wordpress

hello i wanna to convert my phpbb3 forum to wordpress
i dont care with members
the most important thing to convert is the topics
how can i do that?

WordPress is a blogging tool, phpbb is a forum tool, the database structures will likely have several differences, you’ll need a developer/coder to write you a custom script, or write your own..

That’s not something you’ll likely find unless someone has done it already and decided to share the procedure, try google, and if you can’t find anything useful then the options are limited to what i’ve said above.

If you have the databases infront of you and you can write and modify code, there’s no reason you can’t make your own.

If you need this done within a certain timeframe the alternative is to hire someone to write a script for you.

I’ve done database conversion by hand myself, i know how boring it can be, but at the time(maybe like yourself?) i didn’t have the slightest idea how to write a script to do it, so it was my only choice.
