How to copy post/page templates from one theme to another?

If you are using the latest block-based theme then you can able to export the templates from the top-right dropdown options ( https://prnt.sc/26rsisj ) of the page. once you export the templates then you can easily add them to your child theme.

It gives me error when I click on Export – “Zip export not supported”.

I also want to copy the parent theme’s template customizations to child theme. It is not working and it’s annoying if it is not support. I wish I should have created child theme first and then do template customizations later. It looks like I’ve to do it all over again which is freaking annoying.
