How to creat and Absolute path? Question from a complete newbie

Hi guys,
IT and web stuff is not what I am familiar with. Just trying to have my blog running smoothly. To prove how bad I am (:)) I can just say that I couldn’t even find the version of WP that I’m using now…

So the question is:
cart66 (ecommerce) requires an absolute path to the product folder. Here’s what they say:
Enter the absolute path to where you want to store your digital products. We suggest you choose a folder that is not web accessible. To help you figure out the path to your digital products folder, this is the absolute path to the page you are viewing now.
/home3/taniapol/public_html/wp-admin
Please note you should NOT enter a web url starting with https:// Your filesystem path will start with just a /

So I don’t understand where should I create this bloody folder. Literally – where do I go to create it and how do I upload the files?
These “formulas” freak me out, I don’t understand them.

What I tried was creating a product folder on ftp of another website of mine. I did well BUT cart 66 didn’t recognise it.
I googled “absolute path” but again – it was all these formulas to be put somewhere… I’m scared to do that.
