How to create a custom link with user_id?

Bravo and thank you for your excellent work on AMR Users plugin!
On a list of users displayed in a frontend page with this plugin, I would like to set up a link on the user lastname as an URL pointing to a frontend page with?the user_id as a parameter, something like:
https://mywebsite/edit-user/?user_id=(uid)I carrefuly red your documentation but could not find the way to achieve it.
Would you have any advise? Thanks!

Oliver, be aware that when directly editing code, unless you rename the plugin thus cutting the plugin off from any future updates, your modification will be over written in the next update.
The whole idea with pluggable functions or the use of filters is that you can create them separately say in a site specfic plugin, and the main plugin will then still be updateable.
