How to create a dedicated page for blog post listings

    You can use a posts page.
    A posts page is a page that contains blog posts.

    First of all, create a empty page and name it Home.
    Next, create a empty page and name it Blog.
    Both pages will be used as a template to display static homepage and posts page.

    Go to WordPress admin -> Settings -> Reading
    find the setting -> Front page displays
    Select -> A static page
    Set your Front page as Home
    Set your Posts page as Blog

    Save Changes.

    You will have a static homepage and your Blog page will list all your blog posts.
