How to create a live-score dashboard?

Howdy!

I’m trying to build a contest website on WordPress that should have a live-score widget/page, through which participants can keep a track of their score. The score isn’t based on the number of posts they do or anything related to the blog. So, that is an external competition and the users may have to submit their entries via third party. But, the website hosts it and the users should be able to find their scores on the site.

But I’m just not able to figure it how. Can anyone help me with any plugins
