How to create a menu link to a type of service from service?

  • Hi guys,

    I′m having an issue with the theme.

    I would like to know how I could make an operation in the theme like this.

    To make easy for you understand I will use scroll me demo site as what I need.

    Suppose that you have only 3 items on menu footer.

    Item one: Home
    Item two: Design (OUR SERVICES)
    Item three: Development (OUR SERVICES)

    When you click in Design it will work the same way that works in demo for OUR SERVICE menu item showing the first item Design.

    Now my doubt:
    After we click on Development, how could I make the screen fixed inside the screen, but with a change to Development menu inside the screen that it′s like OUR SERVICE screen.

    Can you help me?
