How to create a numeric field

yes, is there any way that we can make a number file for user balance and only admin should be able to update that field (user only can see that field)

Hi, i need to add a field that only acept exactly 16 numbers or characters, but that numbers has to be already in the database,the idea is that the users fill the field with a serial of 16 numbers, but each serial is diferent, obviously the serial numbers has to be in the server, we will use scratch cards to the final user
