How to create a page containing all the downloads?

I put myself to work to see how everything works

I would like to set up a download page as shown here:

Or set a main category called Downloads, within the same place to put the relevant sub-categories and create a link on the menu to allow access to the various files that I will upload.
I have the free version of the plug-in can I do the same?
