• How to create a page without it being linked to from the top menu nav bar.
    I want to create some stand alone pages but every time i create a page wordpress inserts its name in the top menu bar.
    I don’t want that. What do I do?

    What’s mentioned in that page is the ability to exclude a particular page. You can also do the opposite — include only certain pages and no others. You’re going to have to learn a bit about templates though, to do it.

    There are others like it if you do a search for “page navigation” and variants in the search bar above.

    There are also some plugins that control page links, but offhand I can’t think of one to recommend. Do some looking around in the EXTEND section of this site, and also do some Googling because there are a lot of good plugins that are not listed on the WP site.
