How to create a single custom post template and archive without Elementor?

  • Hi Nicholas,

    As always, thank you for creating this theme and for the wonderful support in the past.

    How do I create the following:

    1. Single Custom Post Template (without using Elementor)
    2. Custom Post Archive (without using Elementor)

    I mean which files specifically to duplicate (singular or partials, etc) and how to assign it to the custom post type so that the template shows automatically for that specific custom post type.

    Also, if possible, how do I tie a css file only to these specific pages? eg., custom-post-type-archives.css?

  • This is a great question!!! I hope someone gets back to you. I have been asking about this repeatedly- but all responses just give you more plug-ins to upload instead of providing a helpful response as to how to go about doing this without Elementor. Fingers crossed someone wiht the know-how responds. I’m dying to get some useful help without just deferring to plug-in’s as a “solution”
