How to Create a Store and Add a Product?

Do you have a demo that would allow me to play a Vendor’s role and do the following:
1. Create my store
2. Add a new product to my store
If there’s no demo, could you advice me on how to use this plugin to achieve those two tasks?
I’m planning to create an online market place, and I’m evaluating site builder tools. The two features listed above are the decision points for me to choose which site builder to go with.
