How to create a tab in the header for a new page

  • OK, so I’ve looked and looked and cannot find the answer on this one:

    I’m using the water drops theme on https://www.meyerco-aquaesulis.com and I created a new page calle “contacts” which I want to show in the nav bar of the header. Plain and simple, huh? Well, I can’t figure it out. If someone could help me I would be much obliged!
