How to create a upload file functionality?

  • Hi.
    I’ve a UM plugin and Divi theme and seems work fine together.
    Now, I need to add upload file functionality on user page but I can’t do it.
    I create a new UM form with a upload file item. I get the shortcode and paste into user page, but nothing showing. I created new page with default editor (adding shortcode too) and a empty block is shown. If I adding a shortcodes created by default ([ultimatemember form_id=”490″] for Default Profile) these blocks if they are displayed correctly.

    What do I do wrong?
