You want to build a wordpress website and want to use this domain name eventually – “https://www.existingsite.com”?

You can easily build your site on “https://www.testsite.com” and when you are ready to switch, simply move the content from “https://www.testsite.com” to other domain name “https://www.existingsite.com”.

Later you can update the domain name (wordpress address) in the dashboard.

Updating the wordpress address is a better option or otherwise backbuddy will also be helpful to you
