    Hi @nehajuwale,

Thanks for reaching out. So we can determine more on this and ensure you can complete Analytics set up please share the following:

    1. When checking the Site Kit dashboard from a Chrome browser incognito window does the same occur? This can help indicate a browser related block.?
    2. Please share any browser console errors that appear.?

Once we have the above we can advise on some troubleshooting suggestions if the same does occur from a Chrome browser incognito window.

Many thanks for the update @nehajuwale, and sorry to hear the same occurs when checking from an incognito browsing session. In order to troubleshoot this further please follow the steps below:

    1. Login to your live site from a Chrome browser incognito window.
    2. Install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
    3. Navigate to “Plugins > Health Check & Troubleshooting > Troubleshoot”.
    4. From the same screen click on the “Available Plugins” tab at the top right and then click on the “Enable” option next to “Site Kit by Google“.
    5. Disconnect the Analytics module
    6. Attempt to connect the Analytics module once more.

If the same occurs after performing the above please share your Site Health information and we can investigate this further. Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

Where can I get access to Site Health information?

I did follow steps mentioned in your reply. However, I am unable to activate Analytics. Still same error

Sorry to hear the same occurs, and apologies I never included a link to where you can share your Site Health information. You can share using this form.

Along with sharing your Site Health information, as the same occurs from the checks above, please include a screen recording of what you’re experiencing. You can use a service such as Loom or RecordIt to share such a recording.

Note also that one workaround for this is to create an Analytics account from the Analytics platform directly (analytics.google.com), and then select this within your Analytics settings in Site Kit.

I was able to resolve this error by workaround you suggested.
Also, i have filled google form for site health

Glad you were able to use the workaround, and many thanks for the update. In cases where this occurred previously, there was something at host level blocking Analytics new account set up. I didn’t spot anything unusual from reviewing the Site Health information you kindly shared.

If you do decide to use Site Kit to create a new Analytics account going forward I’d be happy to suggest further troubleshooting steps should the same occur. For the moment I’ll close this given you were able to connect to your preferred account and property.
