How to create author page of mine (I’m the admin)

Hi. I am a single author on my blog https://www.goblogger.net , so I’m also the admin. The problem is that all my posts has links to my author page that doesn’t exist. From the dashboard, I cannot add my role from only admin into admin and author. I can’t also change from admin into author, since someone must be the admin. Any idea to create an author page for me?
