How to create backend for plugin so it’s editable through admin panel?

I’m almost done with a plugin ive been messing around with for my blog and I was wondering how I would go about giving it a little backend so that i can change options on it through the wp-admin panel?

Can someone point me in the right direction or give me some examples? I need 2 or 3 things editable through admin so users won’t have to modify the php file to change settings..
