How to create BuddyPress users?

Glad to find this plugin.

I have two questions…

1) Can this plugin be user to prepopulate a BuddyPress install with several dozen users? BuddyPress stores its user info in both standard WordPress user fields and a selection of its own fields. Your blurb suggests the plugin can handle any fields. So how would I go about accomplishing this?

2) Your doc says this will handle any WP user fields has in its table. So where can I find a full list of what is in there? And same equivalent for BuddyPress.
