How to create categories course page then put to main menu ?

Hello team,

I purchased eCoursify template and want to add menu to show specify courses,

e.g. Main menu columnA | columneB
CourseA1 | CourseB1
CourseA2 | CourseB2

I viewed

and https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/displaying-course-categories/

but where to link the course category ?
