How to create complex wordpress theme

Hey i have a great template , and i wanna convert it to wordpress theme and sell it . I know the basics of wordpress and some commonly used function . But i am wondering how to make a complex theme , with mega menu , visual site builder ( Shortcode ) any comprehesive book or guide will be very helpful to me
