How to create conditional content

Hi guys… I have a small issue I need help solving!

I suppose that most of the people here knows their WordPress and… I actually don’t have anywhere else to ask…

What I’m looking for is a plugin or any other way that will do the following:

Let’s say i have a page.
It has two Images on it that represents buttons.
I want that if I click Image A – It will replace the contents of the page (including the button images) with Content A, but if I click Image B – It will replace the contents of the page with a different content, Content B (thus the conditional content).

I also don’t want it to be via regular links (duh…), it needs to be something like a fade-out / fade-in thing – in which only the content inside the page will change, without the entire site reloading…
