How to create folders from front end

I’m trying to find a solution that will allow my members to upload & access documents in different folders from the front end of my website. I’ve purchased the Folder Support Add-On & that part seems to be working well. But how can they create their own new folders from the front end?

Also – I purchased the plugin to set up on a development site. How do I change the URL it’s tied to when I make my site live?
