How to create forget username menu

  • Well, i am looking for a few simple question from a person who know both wordpress and Joomla.

    Actaully i am only expert in joomla and just had to to little things in wordpress which i need help.

    1- Reset Password Menu
    In joomla its very easy to set a menu item to reset password, we just choose a menu item and link it to reset password but when i try to do same in WP i did not find any direct way to do that in WP, so how can same be made in WP

    similarly we also want
    forget username
    edit profile menu items too

    2- In virtumart, we can easily set who website registeration process to get by Virtumart instead of joomla so we can easily get customers address and shipping, we install wo commerce so how can i set defautl registeration to get customer address and shipping
