How to create Free Registered User

I am looking to create a website where the visitor has three levels: 1> Non-Registerd User (with restricted access to 2-3 pages and some free content) 2> Free Registered User Access to everything except premium content 3> Premium Paid user with access to everthing. Is it possible with Paid Membership Pro plugin? If yes how? (Specially how to create Free Registered User because as per the help documents available every membership level has to have some price and then get redirected to payment gateway.) Hope you can help.
