How to Create Guest Book?

Hi! My problem is that i want to add page, where user can add comment to page content, but it’s not an article, but a page… I went to CP -> Pages -> Add New, selected “Allow Comments”, but when i open that page, there are no place where to add them… Please help! Thanks.
