• Hello everyone

    I am having a rather peculiar problem, I would like to create a support agent that will view (respond etc) only to one category, not having access to the others.
    It would be possible? How to do this?

    Hi there,

    Yes, it is possible. Please note support agent will see tickets:

    1. Assigned to None
    2. Assigned to him
    3. Created by him

    That means we have to make sure every ticket is assigned to somebody. It is possible by category assign of the agents. Please go to Support Plus > Settings > Category and edit each category one by one. Please assign agent to each category as per your requirement so that the agent will only see tickets of the category to whom he is assigned.
