How to Create, Split and Display 2 Different Portfolio Categories on One Page

Dear Developers. I am currently using your free version of the portfolio plugin. Everything looks great; however, I want to know how I can output 2 different Portfolio Categories, which exclude eachothers category, onto 1 page. I am willing to pay the single site license if your premium version has this feature; I am desperately looking for a plugin that can do this; I have heard Media Grid can do this… unless yours can as well.. I realize I can exclude categories from 1 output, but what about 2 on the same page? Can I create 2 different Portfolio sets, exclude their categories and output them onto 1 page? Please advise.
