How to create static pages with same layout

Hi all,

I’ve managed to create my own theme for my blog part,
but I want also some “static pages” like a Contact-page, or a Picture-page. The header, sidebar and footer must stay the same, only the content should be different then the template for blog.

How do I do that?

Should I also use ‘Pages’ to use in my menu(in my header).
