How to create tabs with icons/pictures on them and place inside page content?

    Title says it all.

    I’ve asked this question before but got not help so figured I would use different words in the question.

    How can you create tabs with icons/pictures on them and place inside page content? (not in navigation bar… these tabs with icons should separate content on one specific page.)

    SOMEONE PLEASSSSSEEEE HELP THIS TIME. If I have to hire someone to create a plugin then please point me in the right direction.
