How to create upload PDF field

Hi Ultimate Member,

Your work is amazing and I glad that I found Ultimate Member.

I want to create a form where members can upload their documents ( PDF file ). Can you tell me with I have to do to create that file? I’m newbie so I don’t know how everything work.
