how to create vendor taxonomy / filter?

Coming to your requirement, WCMp doesn’t play any role in the filtering mechanism. It depends on filtering module of core WooCommerce and you can use external plugins( free as well as paid) to handle an advanced level of filtering based on location and industry taxonomy. Firstly you would need to create custom taxonomies, associate them with the vendor and their products and then look for a filtering plugin that works for custom taxonomies.

I only need to filter the shop by locations of vendors
by custom taxonomy for vendors
or by
filter the country\city\address1 directly
from the vendor profile.
any way to do that?
