How to customize a webhook action

    Hi;
    I am trying to set up a webhook with woocommerce_add_to_cart action event. All set up is working with it but i want to add a parameter like product id with it. so when a specific product added to the cart the webhook will fire. What should i write to “action event” to do this properly?
