How to Customize Email Message Styles & Content

Overall this plugin is wonderful, but I do have some issues with the styles of the email that is generated when somebody signs the petition.

First off, the email contains no paragraph breaks unless I hard-code in <p> tags on the Edit Email Petition > Petition Message section. Sure, this is fine for me (who is a programmer for a living), but how are my clients supposed to know how to do that once they take over the site? Receiving an email that is just 1 huge block of text does not help our cause!

Secondly, how can we add the petition signer’s city/state to the email? It’s not nearly as convincing when a legislature receives an email from some anonymous person who could be from a different country for all they know.

I’d love to make these changes in functions.php so they don’t get reversed every time my client updates their site plugins. Is this possible at all, please?
