How to customize or remove Add Comment link

Admin Panel -> Syndication -> Posts & Links -> Comments & Pings. Set it to “Don’t Allow”. Not sure if it’ll remove the link, but shouldn’t allow comments, as I don’t use this setting.

Unfortunately, that didn’t remove the comment link back to the original blog. But I appreciate your reply.

I solved the problem with this bit of CSS:
