how to customize Paypal

Thanks for the amazing plug-in, I am having a bit of problem that when people want buy the tickets then the name they leave in and the name they use in paypal is different, since I have to manually set the status into completed(waiting for the responds from paypal takes too long).

Is there anyway I can put the person’s name on the item purchase description in paypal so I can identify who is paying and who is being paid for.
