How To customize registration form?

    I recently started using your affiliate plugin and so far am loving it!
    I would like to add some additional fields to the registration form. Most of the affiliates I will be getting will be marketing using instagram, so as part of the registration process id like to have them enter their instagram username so that before I approve them I can take a look at their instagram account to make sure it meets our standard.

    So in short, How do I add custom fields in the registration?

    But I do not have the “plugin registration” option. Only the default and affiliate dedicated forms.
